Returns

You have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your returned item, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalised jeweller
cannot be returned unless faulty.
